Julene Litke

DIRECTOR OF COACHING

Julene Litke is a Leadership Coach and Consultant with a burden for reducing pastoral burnout and increasing the capacity of the next generation of leaders. Forty years of leadership experience across multiple sectors has enabled her to bring valuable insight and strategy into her work with pastors and ministry leaders.

Julene is the founder of Next Level Leaders, LLC, and has recently founded Apostolic Coaching Network, Inc., a nonprofit 501(C)3 bringing together Apostolic coaches of all niches and providing financial assistance for coaching fees to qualifying ministers.

Julene is accredited with the International Coaching Federation, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Christian Coaches Network International, and International Christian Coaching Institute and is an AccuMatch Behavioral Intelligence certified coach. She has a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and has served as an officer on several boards throughout her community.
 
Having seen the role that leadership development plays in burnout prevention, Julene specializes in organizational development for churches of 75-250 members, providing coaching and leadership training to implement and sustain a healthy environment.

Julene is a licensed minister and has served as an Executive Pastor, deepening her understanding of the dynamics that pastors and ministry leaders face. She and her husband John attend First UPC in Ada, OK under the pastorate of Rev. Daniel Johnson. They have been married for 43 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren. In addition to ministry, leadership development, and spending time with family, she enjoys cliff jumping.
