DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Holly Dechelle Smith is a marketing leader with a T-shaped skill set–specializing in growth, demand generation, and product marketing. Over the last two years, she has led the Demand Generation team at Subsplash, a platform that enables church leaders to know, grow, and engage their communities. Before her tenure at Subsplash, she co-founded Curate, a platform that enabled event professionals to create beautiful proposals, maintain profitability, and expertly execute their events.

Alongside her husband, Josh, Holly is also a church planter and Co-Pastor of Hope City Church in Providence, RI, where she brings her passion for community building and leadership to her ministry work.

Throughout her 15 years of ministry, Holly has both witnessed and experienced the unique challenges faced by ministers and their families–including burnout, depression, anxiety, and the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

She believes strongly in the importance of fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and self-care within faith-filled communities, particularly for those in leadership roles who feel the weight of responsibility and expectations.

Holly is excited to contribute her insights and expertise to The United Refresh Network as Director of Marketing and believes that this ministry will have a lasting impact that only heaven will truly know.
